This notice covers the AnchorHoy website operated by Piipai OÜ, registry code 16216009, Soola tn 7, 51004 Tartu, Estonia. Privacy contact: info@piipai.com. The app is in development. This website does not collect GPS or boat positions, create visitor accounts, take payments or offer newsletter signup. App privacy information will be published before launch.
Data and purposes
Hosting may process IP addresses, request times, URLs, browser or device information and security events to deliver and protect the website. Our necessary operation and security processing relies on legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). If you email or call, we use the contact details and message you provide to answer your enquiry, based on legitimate interest; steps before a contract use Article 6(1)(b), where applicable. Providing information is voluntary, but we need contact details to reply. Do not send unnecessary sensitive or precise location data.
Cookies and the demo
We do not add advertising or analytics trackers. The demo runs in your browser and does not submit its chain-length or wind-direction settings to a server. Language is selected through page links, without a preference cookie. WordPress may use necessary cookies for signed-in administrators and login security; hosting may also use necessary security technologies. Optional tracking will require updated information and any necessary consent before activation.
Recipients and hosting
Zone Media OÜ hosts this public website. Email and telecommunications providers also process communications. Zone processes hosted data on our behalf and certain service data for its own purposes. See Zone’s privacy policy linked below. Contact us for details of recipients and any safeguards for processing outside the EEA. We do not sell personal data or make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Retention
Demo values disappear when the page closes or reloads. We retain correspondence only as long as necessary to resolve the enquiry, related disputes or legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it. Technical-log retention depends on hosting configuration and provider arrangements. Contact us for the applicable period for your data.
Your rights
Under GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability and object to processing based on legitimate interest. If consent is used, it may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. Write to info@piipai.com; proportionate identity verification may be needed. We normally respond within one month and explain any lawful extension. You may complain to Estonia’s Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (aki.ee) or your local supervisory authority.
